Our Customer Policies

Equitable Trading Policy
It is our policy to operate our websites to provide useful products and information. Where a product is for sale it is our policy that the purchaser should receive a product of equitable value. Where a service is for sale, either directly by us or by a third party from one of our websites, it is our policy that we will have tested the service and ascertained to the best of our knowledge its fitness for use and value for payment. Where our websites provide free information or products, the same policies are applied by us.

Customer Details Policy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our customers details. Where we have received contact details from our customers, we do not either sell or pass these on. We contact our customers only in response to queries regarding a product or service. We never initiate contact. We do not promote products to our customers unless requested to do so. We always return payments to customers who are not wholly satisfied with their purchase when requested to do so. We trust our customers to stop benefiting from a purchase when they have received a refund by removing the product or service from their computers and general possession.
